See your kiosk before you pay a shopfitter to build it

You have a spot in mind, or the mall has offered you one. The shopfitter wants a deposit before you see a drawing, and the quote is one number with nothing behind it. You cannot picture it and you cannot check it.

I give you the whole thing on paper first. Photoreal pictures of your kiosk from eight angles, a 3D model you turn around on your phone, and a builder's pack any shopfitter in the country can price line by line.

What you get

How it works

  1. A 30 minute call. What you sell, what equipment you have, the footprint the mall gave you, which side faces the walkway.
  2. Within four working days you get two concept directions as renders. You pick one and tell me what to change.
  3. Six working days later the full pack lands in your inbox. One round of changes is included.

You own the files. Take them to any shopfitter, or build it yourself.

Price

Concept pack: renders, 3D viewer, builder's pack, shopping listR9 500
Mall pitch pack: the concept pack plus a proposal document written for the leasing team, with the budget summaryR16 500
A variant later (bigger footprint, cheaper finishes, a canopy)R3 500

Half up front, half when the pack is delivered.

Proof

Fable, a gourmet popcorn brand in Polokwane, went from two reference photos of a kiosk in Manila to a complete pack for a 3 by 3 metre island served from four sides. Then a value version with cheaper finishes, a 4 by 4 version, and a version with a canopy, each as a variant off the same model. Their cart proposal to Mall of the North came out of the same studio.

Next step

Send a photo of the spot, or the mall's floor plan, and one sentence on what you sell. I reply within a working day with whether it fits and when I can start.
